1. 電極（又叫電纜頭）是無觸點、無焊點、無焊縫，用整根銅棒在數控車床、銑床上加工而成，表面經過鍍錫防銹處理，美觀、耐用。品種多、規格全，其結構形式︰無觸點型、水冷卻型、旋轉型三種結構。進出水口水嘴結構是加密封圈的活絲扣連接結構，更換方便。進出水口水嘴結構有90°彎型水嘴，可360°旋轉。

2. 軟體導線︰材質TU1，線徑0.25mm的鍍錫銅絞線。柔軟、彎曲半徑小，不易折斷。電能傳輸效率高。鍍錫銅絞線防腐蝕性能好，可提高水冷電纜的使用壽命。因水冷電纜的導線長期浸泡在水中，工作環境十分惡劣。若用不鍍錫的裸銅線做水冷電纜，當水冷電纜使用一段時間後，打開電纜外套，就會看到導線表面有一層綠色銅銹。用鍍錫銅絞線做水冷電纜軟體導線，因銅絞線有鍍錫層的保護，可以防腐蝕。
